Patrick Demarchelier (né au Havre en 1943) est un photographe de mode et de publicité français.

Il commence la photographie à l'âge de 17 ans avec un appareil photo offert par son beau-père. En 1975, il s'installe à New York et parvient à percer. Ses premiers clients sont Calvin Klein, Versace, Chanel... En 1989, il devient le photographe privé de Lady Diana. Il est l'auteur du calendrier Pirelli 2005.

Demarchelier fait partie de la direction du magazine ELLE US, ce qui fait de lui un des hommes le plus influents de la mode dans le monde.
